Refund and Returns Policy

At EcoFeast, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in the best possible condition. Since our products are food items, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds, as explained below.

1. Non-Returnable Items
Food products sold by EcoFeast are non-returnable. Returns are not accepted in cases of change of mind, taste preference, or if the product has been opened after delivery. Once a food item is opened, we are unable to accept it back due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. When Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted

Returns or exchanges are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • An incorrect item has been delivered
  • There is a genuine quality issue such as the product being stale or expired
  • No other reasons will be accepted for returns or exchanges.

3. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a product that falls under any of the above conditions, you must contact our customer support team via email within three days of receiving the order. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item should be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Any supporting images or details requested by our team must be provided for verification

5. Refunds and Replacements
Once the returned product is received by us and passes inspection, we will proceed with a refund or replacement, as applicable. Refunds or replacements are initiated only after the inspection is successfully completed.

EcoFeast reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request based on the condition of the product and compliance with the policy mentioned above.
